KIST 김화진 박사팀은 고해상 실시간 측정분석기를 이용하여 2개월에 걸쳐 3분 단위로 중국과 서울 시내의 대기 중 미세먼지의 화학적 구성성분을 측정하고, 약 이틀간의 시간차를 두고 측정값을 비교하여 어떤 오염원이 주로 미세먼지에 영향을 주는지를 분석했다. 해당 기간 동안 유기 성분, 질산염, 황산염 등이 중국에서 이동해 오는 오염물질임을 명확히 밝혀냈으며, 장거리 이동오염 물질인 납이 이동해 오는 것 또한 실시간 분석을 통하여 밝혀냈다. 연구진이 측정 분석을 수행한 2019년 3월은 고농도 미세먼지 농도가 100μg/m3 가 3일 이상 지속되는 등 매우 심각한 상황이어서 비상저감 조치 등이 시행된 바 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정책의 가시적인 효과를 확인할 수 는 없었는데, 오염원 분석을 통하여 자동차 2부제 시행의 효과가 있음을 밝혔다. 당시 고농도 미세먼지의 원인은 장거리 이동에 의한 사례였기 때문에 비상저감 조치가 전체적인 농도 감소에 절대적인 영향을 주지는 못하였으나, 자동차에 기인한 농도 감소에는 기여한 것으로 분석결과 나타났다. 이 결과는 향후 정책 수립을 하는데 있어서 가이드가 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. KIST 김화진 박사팀은 고해상 실시간 측정분석기를 이용하여 2개월에 걸쳐 3분 단위로 중국과 서울 시내의 대기 중 미세먼지의 화학적 구성성분을 측정하고, 약 이틀간의 시간차를 두고 측정값을 비교하여 어떤 오염원이 주로 미세먼지에 영향을 주는지를 분석했다. 해당 기간 동안 유기 성분, 질산염, 황산염 등이 중국에서 이동해 오는 오염물질임을 명확히 밝혀냈으며, 장거리 이동오염 물질인 납이 이동해 오는 것 또한 실시간 분석을 통하여 밝혀냈다. 연구진이 측정 분석을 수행한 2019년 3월은 고농도 미세먼지 농도가 100μg/m3 가 3일 이상 지속되는 등 매우 심각한 상황이어서 비상저감 조치 등이 시행된 바 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정책의 가시적인 효과를 확인할 수 는 없었는데, 오염원 분석을 통하여 자동차 2부제 시행의 효과가 있음을 밝혔다. 당시 고농도 미세먼지의 원인은 장거리 이동에 의한 사례였기 때문에 비상저감 조치가 전체적인 농도 감소에 절대적인 영향을 주지는 못하였으나, 자동차에 기인한 농도 감소에는 기여한 것으로 분석결과 나타났다. 이 결과는 향후 정책 수립을 하는데 있어서 가이드가 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; font-family: 나눔고딕코딩, NanumGothicCoding, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" helvetica="" neue";"="">.？ 한국과학기술연구원(KIST, 원장 윤석진)은 환경복지연구센터 김화진 박사팀이 고해상 실시간 측정분석기(HR-ToF-AMS)를 이용, 실시간으로 미세먼지의 구성성분을 측정해 2019년 3월의 고농도 미세먼지가 장거리 이동의 영향이었음을 밝혔다. 특히 이 결과는 중국과학원(CAS) 연구진과 공동으로 측정하고 비교하여 중국의 오염물질이 국내에 유입된다는 것을 과학적으로 증명하여 발표한 것으로, 국제적인 정책 수립 시 근거로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. KIST 김화진 박사팀은 고해상 실시간 측정분석기를 이용하여 2개월에 걸쳐 3분 단위로 중국과 서울 시내의 대기 중 미세먼지의 화학적 구성성분을 측정하고, 약 이틀간의 시간차를 두고 측정값을 비교하여 어떤 오염원이 주로 미세먼지에 영향을 주는지를 분석했다. 해당 기간 동안 유기 성분, 질산염, 황산염 등이 중국에서 이동해 오는 오염물질임을 명확히 밝혀냈으며, 장거리 이동오염 물질인 납이 이동해 오는 것 또한 실시간 분석을 통하여 밝혀냈다. 연구진이 측정 분석을 수행한 2019년 3월은 고농도 미세먼지 농도가 100μg/m3 가 3일 이상 지속되는 등 매우 심각한 상황이어서 비상저감 조치 등이 시행된 바 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정책의 가시적인 효과를 확인할 수 는 없었는데, 오염원 분석을 통하여 자동차 2부제 시행의 효과가 있음을 밝혔다. 당시 고농도 미세먼지의 원인은 장거리 이동에 의한 사례였기 때문에 비상저감 조치가 전체적인 농도 감소에 절대적인 영향을 주지는 못하였으나, 자동차에 기인한 농도 감소에는 기여한 것으로 분석결과 나타났다. 이 결과는 향후 정책 수립을 하는데 있어서 가이드가 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; font-family: 나눔고딕코딩, NanumGothicCoding, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" helvetica="" neue";"="">.？ 한국과학기술연구원(KIST, 원장 윤석진)은 환경복지연구센터 김화진 박사팀이 고해상 실시간 측정분석기(HR-ToF-AMS)를 이용, 실시간으로 미세먼지의 구성성분을 측정해 2019년 3월의 고농도 미세먼지가 장거리 이동의 영향이었음을 밝혔다. 특히 이 결과는 중국과학원(CAS) 연구진과 공동으로 측정하고 비교하여 중국의 오염물질이 국내에 유입된다는 것을 과학적으로 증명하여 발표한 것으로, 국제적인 정책 수립 시 근거로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. KIST 김화진 박사팀은 고해상 실시간 측정분석기를 이용하여 2개월에 걸쳐 3분 단위로 중국과 서울 시내의 대기 중 미세먼지의 화학적 구성성분을 측정하고, 약 이틀간의 시간차를 두고 측정값을 비교하여 어떤 오염원이 주로 미세먼지에 영향을 주는지를 분석했다. 해당 기간 동안 유기 성분, 질산염, 황산염 등이 중국에서 이동해 오는 오염물질임을 명확히 밝혀냈으며, 장거리 이동오염 물질인 납이 이동해 오는 것 또한 실시간 분석을 통하여 밝혀냈다. 연구진이 측정 분석을 수행한 2019년 3월은 고농도 미세먼지 농도가 100μg/m3 가 3일 이상 지속되는 등 매우 심각한 상황이어서 비상저감 조치 등이 시행된 바 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정책의 가시적인 효과를 확인할 수 는 없었는데, 오염원 분석을 통하여 자동차 2부제 시행의 효과가 있음을 밝혔다. 당시 고농도 미세먼지의 원인은 장거리 이동에 의한 사례였기 때문에 비상저감 조치가 전체적인 농도 감소에 절대적인 영향을 주지는 못하였으나, 자동차에 기인한 농도 감소에는 기여한 것으로 분석결과 나타났다. 이 결과는 향후 정책 수립을 하는데 있어서 가이드가 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; font-family: 나눔고딕코딩, NanumGothicCoding, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" helvetica="" neue";"="">.？ 한국과학기술연구원(KIST, 원장 윤석진)은 환경복지연구센터 김화진 박사팀이 고해상 실시간 측정분석기(HR-ToF-AMS)를 이용, 실시간으로 미세먼지의 구성성분을 측정해 2019년 3월의 고농도 미세먼지가 장거리 이동의 영향이었음을 밝혔다. 특히 이 결과는 중국과학원(CAS) 연구진과 공동으로 측정하고 비교하여 중국의 오염물질이 국내에 유입된다는 것을 과학적으로 증명하여 발표한 것으로, 국제적인 정책 수립 시 근거로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. KIST 김화진 박사팀은 고해상 실시간 측정분석기를 이용하여 2개월에 걸쳐 3분 단위로 중국과 서울 시내의 대기 중 미세먼지의 화학적 구성성분을 측정하고, 약 이틀간의 시간차를 두고 측정값을 비교하여 어떤 오염원이 주로 미세먼지에 영향을 주는지를 분석했다. 해당 기간 동안 유기 성분, 질산염, 황산염 등이 중국에서 이동해 오는 오염물질임을 명확히 밝혀냈으며, 장거리 이동오염 물질인 납이 이동해 오는 것 또한 실시간 분석을 통하여 밝혀냈다. 연구진이 측정 분석을 수행한 2019년 3월은 고농도 미세먼지 농도가 100μg/m3 가 3일 이상 지속되는 등 매우 심각한 상황이어서 비상저감 조치 등이 시행된 바 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정책의 가시적인 효과를 확인할 수 는 없었는데, 오염원 분석을 통하여 자동차 2부제 시행의 효과가 있음을 밝혔다. 당시 고농도 미세먼지의 원인은 장거리 이동에 의한 사례였기 때문에 비상저감 조치가 전체적인 농도 감소에 절대적인 영향을 주지는 못하였으나, 자동차에 기인한 농도 감소에는 기여한 것으로 분석결과 나타났다. 이 결과는 향후 정책 수립을 하는데 있어서 가이드가 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; font-family: 나눔고딕코딩, NanumGothicCoding, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" helvetica="" neue";"="">.？ 한국과학기술연구원(KIST, 원장 윤석진)은 환경복지연구센터 김화진 박사팀이 고해상 실시간 측정분석기(HR-ToF-AMS)를 이용, 실시간으로 미세먼지의 구성성분을 측정해 2019년 3월의 고농도 미세먼지가 장거리 이동의 영향이었음을 밝혔다. 특히 이 결과는 중국과학원(CAS) 연구진과 공동으로 측정하고 비교하여 중국의 오염물질이 국내에 유입된다는 것을 과학적으로 증명하여 발표한 것으로, 국제적인 정책 수립 시 근거로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. KIST 김화진 박사팀은 고해상 실시간 측정분석기를 이용하여 2개월에 걸쳐 3분 단위로 중국과 서울 시내의 대기 중 미세먼지의 화학적 구성성분을 측정하고, 약 이틀간의 시간차를 두고 측정값을 비교하여 어떤 오염원이 주로 미세먼지에 영향을 주는지를 분석했다. 해당 기간 동안 유기 성분, 질산염, 황산염 등이 중국에서 이동해 오는 오염물질임을 명확히 밝혀냈으며, 장거리 이동오염 물질인 납이 이동해 오는 것 또한 실시간 분석을 통하여 밝혀냈다. 연구진이 측정 분석을 수행한 2019년 3월은 고농도 미세먼지 농도가 100μg/m3 가 3일 이상 지속되는 등 매우 심각한 상황이어서 비상저감 조치 등이 시행된 바 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정책의 가시적인 효과를 확인할 수 는 없었는데, 오염원 분석을 통하여 자동차 2부제 시행의 효과가 있음을 밝혔다. 당시 고농도 미세먼지의 원인은 장거리 이동에 의한 사례였기 때문에 비상저감 조치가 전체적인 농도 감소에 절대적인 영향을 주지는 못하였으나, 자동차에 기인한 농도 감소에는 기여한 것으로 분석결과 나타났다. 이 결과는 향후 정책 수립을 하는데 있어서 가이드가 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; font-family: 나눔고딕코딩, NanumGothicCoding, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" helvetica="" neue";"="">.？ 한국과학기술연구원(KIST, 원장 윤석진)은 환경복지연구센터 김화진 박사팀이 고해상 실시간 측정분석기(HR-ToF-AMS)를 이용, 실시간으로 미세먼지의 구성성분을 측정해 2019년 3월의 고농도 미세먼지가 장거리 이동의 영향이었음을 밝혔다. 특히 이 결과는 중국과학원(CAS) 연구진과 공동으로 측정하고 비교하여 중국의 오염물질이 국내에 유입된다는 것을 과학적으로 증명하여 발표한 것으로, 국제적인 정책 수립 시 근거로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. KIST 김화진 박사팀은 고해상 실시간 측정분석기를 이용하여 2개월에 걸쳐 3분 단위로 중국과 서울 시내의 대기 중 미세먼지의 화학적 구성성분을 측정하고, 약 이틀간의 시간차를 두고 측정값을 비교하여 어떤 오염원이 주로 미세먼지에 영향을 주는지를 분석했다. 해당 기간 동안 유기 성분, 질산염, 황산염 등이 중국에서 이동해 오는 오염물질임을 명확히 밝혀냈으며, 장거리 이동오염 물질인 납이 이동해 오는 것 또한 실시간 분석을 통하여 밝혀냈다. 연구진이 측정 분석을 수행한 2019년 3월은 고농도 미세먼지 농도가 100μg/m3 가 3일 이상 지속되는 등 매우 심각한 상황이어서 비상저감 조치 등이 시행된 바 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정책의 가시적인 효과를 확인할 수 는 없었는데, 오염원 분석을 통하여 자동차 2부제 시행의 효과가 있음을 밝혔다. 당시 고농도 미세먼지의 원인은 장거리 이동에 의한 사례였기 때문에 비상저감 조치가 전체적인 농도 감소에 절대적인 영향을 주지는 못하였으나, 자동차에 기인한 농도 감소에는 기여한 것으로 분석결과 나타났다. 이 결과는 향후 정책 수립을 하는데 있어서 가이드가 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. KIST, 중남미 3개국에 한국 KIST 설립사례 전파 - 에콰도르, 파라과이, 페루 공무원/연구자 대상 연수 프로그램 개최 한국과학기술연구원(KIST, 원장 이병권)은 6월 22일(수)부터 28일(화)까지 1주일간 중남미 3개국(에콰도르, 파라과이, 페루)의 과학기술 관련 공무원과 연구자를 초청하여 ‘한국 경제발전과 KIST 설립 경험’에 대한 연수를 진행한다. 이번 연수에 참여하는 중남미 3개국은 매년 KIST에서 개최하는 주한 개도국 과학담당 외교관 회의에 적극적으로 참여하여 한국의 빠른 경제성장과 이러한 경제성장의 원동력이 된 과학기술기반 발전 모델에 깊은 관심을 보여왔으며, 해당 국가의 주한 대사관을 통해 13명의 공무원과 연구자들을 추천하여 이번 연수 프로그램에 참여하게 되었다. 연수 참여자들은 한국 과학기술의 발전 역사, KIST 설립 사례, 과학기술 단지 계획 및 운영 등에 대한 강의를 청취하고 대덕연구개발특구와 국내 기업체를 방문하여 현장을 체험하는 시간도 갖게 된다. 한국의 압축적 발전과정과 그 과정에서의 정부출연연구소의 역할은 개발도상국들의 공통적 과제인 기초기술 확보와 산업화, 과학기술 인력 양성 등에 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. KIST는 2015년 에티오피아 공무원들을 대상으로 개발도상국 연수 프로그램을 시행한 바 있으며, 동 프로그램을 통해 현재 진행 중인 한-베트남 과학기술연구소(V-KIST) 설립 지원사업 등 ODA사업을 적극적으로 홍보하고 개발도상국들과의 과학기술 국제교류 활성화를 추진하고 있다.

창조경제 실현의 핵심인 중소기업 발전과 일자리 창출을 위해 정부 출연연구소가 중소기업 지원에 발벗고 나섰다. 우리 원은 25일 오후 4시, KIST 본원에서 한국산업기술진흥협회(KOITA, 회장 박용현) 및 대한무역투자진흥공사(KOTRA, 사장 오영호)와 공동으로 ‘KIST K-Club 2014년 1차 행사’ 를 개최한다고 밝혔다. K-Club은 우리 원이 보유하고 있는 인적？기술 자원을 활용하여 우수하고 독창적인 기술을 보유한 중소, 중견기업들에게 제2의 도약을 할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 기업지원 프로그램으로, 소속 기업회원에게 우리 원과 KOITA, KOTRA가 집중적으로 컨설팅을 제공하여 사업 초기단계의 기업들이 성장 할 수 있도록 도움을 주는 것이 목적이다. 2013년 31개 기업이 가입한 이래, 올해는 신청 공고 후 서류심사와 방문실사를 거쳐 7개 기업들이 추가 선발되었다. 이번 행사는 이번에 선발 된 2기 회원사의 발대식을 겸한 행사로, 우리 원 멘토들과 기업회원들의 개별 미팅과 2014년 계획 발표가 이루어졌다. 지난 1년여간 우리 원은 회원사들이 실질적인 도움을 받을 수 있도록 다양한 방법을 모색해왔다. 특허 무상 지원 및 1:1 특허상담코너를 통한 컨설팅 제공, 우수한 기업에게 KIST Bridging Project를 통한 기술 상용화를 위한 연구비 지원 등이 진행되었다. 우리 원은 앞으로 K-Club 프로그램을 통해 기술사업화, 마케팅, 경영 및 자금 컨설팅, 연구인력 지원, 이종산업간 네트워킹 등 각 부문에서 해당 분야의 전문가들과 1:1 멘토를 선정하여 유기적으로 협조하며 프로그램의 내실을 강화해나갈 예정이다. 우리 원은 매년 10개 회원사를 추가 모집 할 예정이다. 이병권 원장은 “K-Club은 연구 현장에서의 기술과 기업가 정신이 융복합 되는 징검다리가 되는 프로그램”이라며, “본 프로그램을 통해 기업들이 기술을 기반으로 한 세계적인 창조기업으로 재도약하기를 희망한다” 고 밝혀 중소기업 지원에 대한 의지를 표명했다.

한국과학기술연구원(KIST, 원장 이병권)과 중앙대학교(총장 이용구)는 12월 14일(월) KIST 서울 본원에서 과학기술 인재양성과 산학연 동반성장을 위해 교육·연구 등 학술분야와 산학연 협력과제의 공동 수행 에 관한 포괄협력협정을 체결했다. 아울러 KIST와 중앙대학교는 2016년부터 생산기술관련 분야, 연구개발관리 및 과학기술 정책 분야를 포함하는 학연과정을 공동운영하는 학연석？박사과정 과정을 개설하여 창의적 과학기술인재를 양성하는데 주력하기로 하였다. KIST는 1990년부터 고려대를 시작으로 국내 17개 대학과 학연협정을 체결하여 그 동안 약 2,000여명의 고급 과학기술인력을 배출한 바 있다. KIST 이병권 원장은 “이번 협정체결을 계기로 중앙대학교와 공동으로 산업계에서 첨단기술개발을 주도할 이론과 응용력을 겸비한 창조적 과학기술인재를 육성하여 국가과학기술발전에 기여하고 아울러 창조경제 확산에 일조하겠다”고 밝혔다.
