Becoming a World Leading Group in Carbon Composite Materials! Carbon composite materials are essential in various industries, including automotive, construction, aerospace, and energy, as well as in national security sectors such as space and defense. The Carbon Composite Materials Research Center focuses on: · High-quality carbon nanotube synthesis · Fabrication and application of carbon nanotube fibers with high strength and high electrical conductivity · Enhancing the efficiency of existing carbon fiber manufacturing processes · Upcycling research by converting plastic waste and natural raw materials into carbon materials In aligning with the upcoming space era, we plan to expand our research into the synthesis of high-temperature-resistant polymer resins and ceramic-based materials.
